CHINATOWN
“Forget it, Jake. It’s Chinatown.”

Shadowy, layered, and steeped in quiet tension, this menu draws from the sun-soaked noir of
Chinatown, where nothing is as simple as it seems. “Bad for Glass” offers a crisp, refreshing start, its cool brightness hinting at the hidden currents beneath Los Angeles’ water wars. “She’s My Sister, She’s My Daughter” delivers a striking surf & turf—rich, indulgent, and impossible to ignore—echoing the film’s most shocking revelation. To finish, “The Future, Mr. Gittes” brings a delicate balance of citrus and sweetness, a subtle reminder that in a world built on power and control, the truth is often as complex as it is unsettling.
