Jill Maragos is a Los Angeles-based stand-up comedian whose razor-sharp storytelling and self-deprecating wit stem from her chaotic Buffalo, NY upbringing, where humor was a survival tool amid family antics. Holding dual degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Mechanical Engineering, she pivoted seamlessly into comedy, blending technical smarts with relatable absurdity.
With over a decade on the circuit, Maragos has toured nationally, headlining at clubs like Helium Comedy Club and opening for comics including Maryellen Hooper, Brody Stevens, Kevin Avery, and Mark Christopher Lawrence. Her TV credits include appearances on Laughs (FOX), Comedy Time (YouTube), and West Coast Comedy (Hulu), plus acting roles in Deleted Deleted Scenes, Petri Dish, and Activated. In 2025, she released her latest album 53 on A Special Thing Records, a hilarious dive into midlife quirks and everyday chaos—streaming now and hailed for its "incredibly funny" edge.
