Inspired by Interstellar’s dust-bowl of a failing planet and humanity’s push beyond it, this menu leans into grounded, earth-driven ingredients. Roasted beets and walnuts reflect a world stripped down to its dusty, barren surface, while roasted chicken and creamed corn nod to the film’s farmlands and its last surviving crop, paired with a whipped pomme purée that subtly echoes the docking spin. The evening finishes with chocolate and raspberry, a simple reminder that love can transcend time and space.
